I recently brought my Honda Pilot in for regular maintenance and they found out my Rack & Pin was leaking and replaced it for free ($1200 part) because it was still under warranty, and I'm amazed at the difference when steering. Scott has always been very prompt, honest and professional. Top notch customer service. My family also brings their vehicles here for service. American Brakes is the only Auto Care service I recommend.

First you should know that I am a very picky customer. I met Scott away from American Brake center and I was so impressed with him and his business motto that I immediately knew that if I ever needed service that I was going to give American Brake a try. My wife's car developed a check engine light so I took it in. I have never been more pleased with service from an auto repair shop than I was with American Brake Center!! They were very thorough, courteous, professional and reasonably priced! And they didn't just go replacing parts. They got to the root cause of the problem and made the appropriate repair. I was extremely happy to find out that they do every aspect of car repairs including tires which I will be back for next week to have replaced on my truck!!

Scott provided me with an update and total cost in which I gave the green light to replace my rear brake shoes & resurface the drums. My vehicle was ready once I got off work. Scott was very Professional with me, yet totally Honest which is important. Well our good price almost doubled. Even after all the money we spent to get it fixed it's still not running great. We decided we're done with it! Trading it on Monday for a Toyota Sienna.
